GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION

Online registration for admissions to classes KG I to Class IX and Class XI is open in Indian Schools in the capital area for the academic year 2021-2022.

    Please go through the following instructions before filling up the on line registration form

  1. Indian nationals currently residing in Oman and seeking admission for the academic year 2021-2022 for their children are eligible to register online.
  2. Online registration is mandatory. There is only one application form required for one child; system will not accept any duplication.
  3. A unique login registration number and password will be generated on submission of the application form. This will be sent to the email address and mobile number given in the application form.
  4. A non-refundable processing fee of OMR 15/- will be payable on each application. The amount shall be remitted online to:

  5. The scanned copy of the application form duly signed by the parent, along with the copy of the processing fee receipt / deposit slip shall be emailed to indianschooladmissions2021@gmail.com with the unique login registration number of the application form as the subject of the e-mail. The email should also include the name of the student, the mode of remittance (online transfer/cdm deposit), and the date of remittance.
  6. After sending the mail, the parent is required to submit the following documents in the school where admission is sought.
    1. Duly signed copy of the application form
    2. Copy of the receipt of the online remittance of the processing charge.
    3. TC from the Previous School.
    4. Copy of the Child’s passport with visa page
    5. Copy of the parent’s residence card.
  7. The School will verify the documents and will guide the parent to complete the admission procedures.
  8. Online application form is required even for sibling’s admission. To get the siblingpreference in the same school, parent should essentially choose the same school as the first option.
  9. Online registration form can be edited using the registration number and password until the processing fee has been paid.

  10. Fee structure of different schools is posted on the respective school websites of for the information of parents seeking admission.
